📊 Introducing New MOQ Levels
We've added two new MOQ levels that work alongside your existing variant MOQs:
✨ Product Option Level MOQs – Set MOQ for all variants of a specific option of product group (e.g., all items in a specific color of product group)
✨ Product Group Level MOQs – Set MOQ for an entire product group across all options
Example of how they work together:For a T-shirt product:
- Product Group MOQ: 100 units – You need to order at least 100 T-shirts total across all colors and sizes
- Product Option MOQ for Color: 24 units – You need at least 24 units of each color (24 red, 24 blue, etc.)
- Variant MOQ: 6 units – You need at least 6 units of each specific size/color combination
This hierarchical system ensures you meet all your supplier requirements in one go – from total product quantities down to specific variants.

🎯 New Grouping Options
You can now choose how to group products (e.g., by color, size) in the Purchase Orders Hierarchy view. This new flexibility lets you align your Purchase Orders with how you plan them.

🎉 Introducing Split Purchase Orders
Our new feature lets you divide a single purchase order between different warehouses.
What can you do now?
You can now split a single purchase order into multiple POs, giving you the power to:
- Distribute inventory across different warehouses
- Send the right amount of stock exactly where it's needed
- Save on storage costs by avoiding warehouse overload
- Manage your inventory more efficiently
How It Works in 5 Simple Steps:
- Go to any purchase order
- Click the "Split purchase order" button
- Choose your warehouses and adjust quantities
- Select what happens to your original PO
- Done! Your inventory is now perfectly distributed

Coming soon
We're already working on more amazing features:
- 📦 Split POs based on backorder sales
- 📈 Distribution based on sales velocity
- 📅 Split by delivery date

🧩Improvements
- Dynamic MOQ Warnings: When you don't meet a minimum order quantity, we now show exactly how many more units you need to add. No more guesswork!

- First Sold Date in Last Sales Performance: We’ve added a “First Sold Date” to the Sales Performance popup. This helps you understand when forecasting days started if they’re greater than the first sold date.

🐞 Bug Fixes & Misc
- Fixed an issue where creating a Purchase Order from the Replenish, Analyse, or PO Import pages would cause the page to refresh if product values were edited from the Configuration Page, resulting in lost data and disrupted workflow.
